b) External walls : 20 mm thick in two coats in CM mortar 1:6 & 1:4 prop. with sponge finish.


a) Main Door : Teak wood frame & Shutter aesthetically designed with melamine polish and Designer hardware fittings of reputed make.
b)Internal : Teak wood frame with moulded designer Veneer door shutters, with one side polished and standard fittings.
c)French Doors : UPVC sliding doors of reputed make with Float Glass (5 mm thick) shutters and designer hardware of reputed make.


UPVC windows of reputed make with Glass panels, 4 mm thick, and provision for mosquito mesh, fitted with elegantly designed M.S. painted grills and standard hardware of reputed make.


a)External : A combination of smooth exterior cement based Wall Care putty and Texture paint containing Synthetic plaster chemicals applied on Cement plaster having very mild keys/ wire brush/sponge finish, in plain finish in 3 coats, synthetic plaster by trowel plus 2 coats of chemical over coat by brush in approved colours.
b) Internal : Smooth finish with luppum putty, Altek / Equivalent,2 coats of Acrylic Emulsion paints over a coat of primer.
c) Ceiling : Smooth finish luppam putty, Altek / Equivalent, 2 coats of Acrylic Emulsion paints over a coat of primer.

Tile Cladding & Dadoing of approved size & make Nitco

a) Kitchen : Glazed Ceramic Tiles dado upto 2’- 0”height above Kitchen platform.
b) Toilets : Glazed Ceramic Tiles dado upto 7’- 0”height.
c) Utility /Wash : Glazed Ceramic Tiles dado upto 3’-0”height

Kitchen Platform

20 mm thick granite platform of size 2 feet x 6 feet, laid in CM base over RCC slab and with Stainless steel sink along with provision for both Municipal & Bore water connection and provision for Aquaguard.

Provision for washing machine and wet area for washing Utensils etc.
